Your building starts its life in our workshop outside Carlisle, Cumbria. We manufacture the modular framework offsite in preparation for delivery and installation. This allows us to minimise disruption to your home but also ensures the frames are produced as accurately as possible. Other preparatory work such as treatment of cladding also takes place in this controlled environment.
Once on site the base, frame and roof structure are assembled. After this work begins on making the structure watertight. We incorporate high quality membranes to protect the structure and industry leading roofing systems to weatherproof the building. All cladding, finishing, electrical and interior work takes place on site to ensure maximum quality and finish.

No not always. Due to the relaxed nature of planning laws regarding garden buildings, more often than not you do not need permission to build one. There are certain criteria that must be met such as distance from your boundary and height restrictions.
If you are building within 2 meters of your boundary you can build a single story building with a maximum height of 2.5m. In this case you are likely to construct a flat roofed building.
If you are building over 2 meters from your boundary you can build a single storey outbuilding with a maximum eaves height of 2.5 metres and maximum overall height of 4 metres with a dual pitched roof, or 3 metres in any other case (flat / pent roof).
